As one of our core values, accountability is of paramount importance at Mount Nemo Christian Nursing Home.

MEETING EVERY STANDARD

To ensure our home meets required standards, we sign a Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreement (LSAA) and annual Declaration of Compliance with Ontario Health. A copy of the current LSAA is available in the Home or can be requested by contacting the Home. We are publicly funded through the Ministry of Long-Term Care and are accountable to Ontario Health with our relationship defined by the LSAA. We receive regular inspections from the Ministry of Long-Term Care which are publicly available.

The Home sees complaints, concerns and suggestions as opportunities for improvement. We want to hear directly from you in the event you are not satisfied so that we can improve your experience. If, however, you should wish to contact the Ministry of Long-Term Care directly, families are welcome to do so. The Long-Term Care Family Support and Action Line is available toll-free at 1-866-434-0144 from 8:30am – 7:00pm, 7 days a week.
